Focus 36

I have a dream and a vision to love my life and make an amazing life for my family.

I want to live my daydream! I want to spend more time with my kids, support and encourage others and reach my fitness goals and I am well on my way.

It is not easy! I've hit every roadblock there is. I've had setbacks and success. I've had two babies, weight gain as a side effect of medication for low milk supply, postpartum depression and anxiety. I battle anxiety on a daily basis but I am so much stronger now physically and emotionally that the battle isn't all consuming. My coach has never given up on me and has inspired me to keep going through all over my setbacks and has shown me how to celebrate the good in my life (without turning to food).

As a personal fitness coach, I am able to help so many people change their lives and get healthy!  It brings me so much joy to encourage others on this journey. My challengers and teammate can relate to me because the struggle to find balance in this crazy, fast, convenience based world is real.I have learned so much over the last 2 years and I want to share it with others!  I love exercising, eating clean and finding ways to recreate our family's not so healthy favorites.

I'd love for you to join me on this path. Let me help you make it happen :) Drop me a line at

Check back for updates on my fitness journey!

    1. Thanks Rylee! I've made a lot of progress... I just need to find time to write about it all! lol

  3. I remember reading this when you posted it and thinking how alike we must be ... After our conversation today I'm confident this won't come off as creepy: I'm game to complete 2, 3, 7 & 23 with you anytime (though 2 will be my biggest challenge) and a suggestion for 8: machine embroidery!! - Nadja :)
