Meal Plan Monday- 21 Day Fix- Week 2-


Week 1= Down 1.8lbs and someone actually told me I looked like I have lost weight! I did almost cave today and grab pizza from the cafe (it is make your own pita pizza day here!) but I stuck to my packed lunch and really don't regret it at all. Thankfully I had some shakeology left to get my chocolate/sweet tooth fix. 

Week 2 of the 21 Day Fix will be much of the same but I mixed up suppers and lunch a little.  It's not warm and sunny enough here yet for salads to be satisfying for lunch...I like a little hot lunch every now and then.  I know I've been general with "fish" I have a white fish at home in the freezer and I can't remember what it is...I want to say tilapia but I could be wrong. It's white fish...and good for you...here's hoping my kids eat it!

Much of the prep for suppers this week was done last weekend and frozen (love my foodsaver!) so suppers are easy to get on the table. I also found the greatest lunch container! It's a Sistema To Go Salad container and keeps everything separate but together.


I measure out all my ingredients with the 21 Day Fix containers and voila! Lunch with nothing to get gross before I am ready to mix and enjoy. I like the little salad dressing container too...and how it was on sale at Sobeys for $4.99...and pink...
I've gotten into a good routine of packing punches while I'm preparing supper or just after putting the kids to bed. One less thing to do in the morning. The meal plan also helps because I don't really need to think about it much.

So here is the plan for week 2. Workouts are staying the same but I might add in an extra workout on Wednesday...we shall see...
